Kenkey/ Kom or Dokunu is a staple dish made of fermented corn flour and popular in Ghana, Benin, Togo. It’s usually served with a tomato sauce and fried fish or soup, shito.

This product is precooked. It should be steamed for about 15-20 mins before serving.

Keep refrigerated for 3 days or frozen for up to 12months.
