Ablo-Rice cake



Ingredients: Rice flour, wheat flour, filtered water, sugar, baking powder, salt.


These are slightly sweet steamed rice cakes. Consumed in West Africa (more precisely in Benin and Togo) but also in Asia (the Philippines)


What accompaniments?


Can be served with vegetables, vegetable sauce, allSpices tomato sauce, meat, fish, chicken… or as a snack


How to reheat?


Microwave / In the microwave

1-Open the bag, remove the needed quantity and place on microwave safe plate;


2- Microwave for 2: 00-2: 30 min until soft and warm;


3-Remove from the microwave and serve! (Heating time may vary depending on microwave)
